iStockScreen offers you two type of filters: general filters (filters that will scan all the market to find the stocks that match all your criteria) and filters that are linked to a particular stock (these filters will trigger an alert in any of your min-max values are passed.
The general filters are accessed through the Filters option in the main menu. The filters that are linked to a certain stock are accessed through the Stocks option. First you have to add at list of stocks and then you will be able to manage their filters.
